To solved Convectional Earthing problem there are so many players came in the market with various products like Pipe in pipe chemical earthing, Striped in pipe chemical earthing, Get type earthing and Copper Coated rods. These all gimmick get failed between three to five years.
Our R & D team have been tried to solved earthing related problems studied IS -3043, IS:2309, IS: 9409, IE rules 1956, IS:8437, AS 3000,IEEE- 80 and VS 7671 get some conclusion that for human and machine safety plus good power quality earthing must be maintenance free and long life. since last 15 years After so much practical research we found root curves of various electrical accident and failure of electrical protective system is poor or failed earthing. During research we observed there are two basic reasons for failure of earthing
- lack of moisture
- Corrosion/Oxidation of earthing electrode.
During year 1932 to 1950 in some European country electrification required in hilly area. They constructed power receiving stations on some rocky hill. They get problem to provide effective earthing in rocky area. To Solved this problem team of some electrical engineers and scientist have develop sandwich type of earthing. This new type of earthing gave satisfactory results.
